The advice today is that I have tasks to do today and that I should stop fooling around and do them.

The advice today is about to stop worrying and fearing the worst.  Most of the threats are imaginary and I should focus on grounding myself.

I may have to deal with conflicts and arguments today.  I should be extra watchful.

The advice today is to reflect on my lack of friends and emotional connection and how to turn things around.
